What this room is for: customer support, course access help, app download issues, and login troubleshooting. Owner / staff respond here first; other members can pitch in with answers they know.
How text rooms work in the hub:
- Pick a room on the left rail (or open a Direct Message).
- Type at the bottom and press Send. Use Upload for screenshots / short clips.
- Locked rooms show 🔒 — those need a course key, premium, or VIP upgrade.
- Audio / video / screen share live in the meeting card above the chat.
Etiquette:
- One question per post; include what you tried.
- Use real names where you can — it speeds up account look-ups.
- Personal account / billing details? Open a DM with a staff member instead of posting publicly.
- Be patient — same human team that runs dogtrainernearyou.com.

📚 Courses — quick links you can paste in chat — copy a link, drop it in any room
Tap a button to copy a link, then paste it into any chat. Customers can also click straight through.
All course tracks live in the public catalog at /index.php#courses. Locked rooms unlock automatically once a key / gift card is redeemed.
👥 Roles in this hub — owner / staff vs customer vs guest
Roles drive which rooms unlock and which moderation tools show. The hub uses a self-selected display role for chat presentation; account-level admin power is set by your $_SESSION['is_admin'] flag from the main site login.
- Owner / Business owner / Trainer staff / Developer — moderation tools (kick / timeout / ban) and locked staff rooms. Set automatically when you sign in via /admin.php.
- VIP / Premium / Course student — unlocks coaching, masterclass, recall, place, crate, neutrality rooms. Granted by gift cards or redeemed keys.
- Customer — unlocks community-lounge, gear-support, orders-tracking, payments-access. Granted at first paid checkout.
- Guest — read-only on public rooms (announcements, help-desk).
Server-side guarantee: sensitive admin endpoints (gift-card admin, command center, admin-data API) check the real session flag — picking a higher role from the dropdown does not grant power.

Audio and camera work on modern mobile browsers with permission. Screen sharing is best on desktop/Electron; iOS may limit screen sharing.
Mobile/iOS note: audio/video should work with HTTPS + permissions. Screen share is limited on many iOS browsers; desktop/Electron is best.
